Fast weight loss diet plan lose 5kg in 5 days. No! I know that is not the answer you were hoping for. There is a popular TV show called Myth Busters and if any episode around health that should be featured it should be on fast weight loss. 5Kg is roughly 10 pounds. I would never suggest even attempting this sort of weight loss when I know that 1 pound a week is difficult and I have even tried 2 pounds in a week.

My initial question would be, why is 5Kg weight loss in 5 days so critical? Even if you could achieve this, in theory it would be nearly impossible. To prove this, I’ll do some of my own myth busting!

Weight Loss Myth Buster

Let’s dissect this further. To lose 1 pound of body fat requires a total overall caloric deficit of 3500 calories. If you are currently consuming even 3500 per day now, that means you would have to go completely to zero calories to reach the caloric deficit. So basically a water based diet for 5 days. Not only is this a bad idea, but you would risk desalinating your entire body not to mention what other long term damage you could do!

To understand this concept you have to know what basal metabolic rate is. At complete rest for a 24 hour period your body will consume a certain number of calories. This is different for everyone. On average most people will be in or around 2000. My BMR when I first learned it was about 1900. So if I went on a complete water and mineral diet, I would need to run a deficit of 35,000 calories. It would mean I would have to maintain that water diet for roughly 18.5 days. Not sure about everyone else, but 18 hours of fasting is hard enough, let alone 18 days!

So let’s completely forget about this idea once and for all. What you need is a diet transformation that creates a new lifestyle so you can get to your targeted body mass. Once you have reached this through divorcing your current diet and eating properly you will never have to diet again!

My strategy for weight loss is the best approach. I proved it by applying it on myself like a mad scientist. It will save you boat loads of time and frustration. You will be put on the right track and never have to look back!

Another load of complete BS. This must be some comical response because there is no way it is attainable. 2-4 pounds in 2 weeks is more realistic.

Again, not sure who publishes this horse manure, but they should be delisted from any search engine. Do NOT try this at home! You are not alone in your struggle to lose weight. Some diets just don’t work, but the boiled egg diet will show amazing results within 14 days, if you stick with it. You know where you can stick this!
