Your body will start making every body part of yours skinny and then finally your muscle definition will begin to emerge. So if you want ripped abs keep going until you see them. Likely your legs, back, butt, arms, face, neck, hands and feet will seem skinnier before your mid-section gets ripped. I don’t make the rules, it is what it is!
