How to lose weight in 7 days seems to be the wish everyone has. It may have taken years to gain the weight we all want to shed it in 7 days. I hate to be the one to rain on your parade, but 7 days is hardly enough to lose any significant amount of weight.
7 days is definitely enough time to figure out where you are. Learn what you are doing with your diet and current exercise routine. Order the tools I recommend in my book and within a week you’ll be off and running. The next chapter to lose weight is going through a practice I like to refer to as habit correction.
Get On Track To Weight Loss in 7 Days
There are a few things I will recommend for weight loss. It starts with where you are in your current weight, activity, metabolism and most importantly your fitness goals. You are here because you probably want ripped six pack abs. You tried other diets and workouts before but never saw the results you hoped for.
